While growing up, Dr. Anne-Marie was an avid athlete and made many visits to her family chiropractor to recover from injury. After working in a chiropractic clinic and witnessing firsthand the life-changing benefits and miracles of chiropractic, she decided to make chiropractic her life's calling, and attended chiropractic college at Life University in Atlanta.

Compass Family Chiropractic receives many referrals from obstetricians and midwives in the Dunwoody area and surrounding communities to assist their patients in having the best pregnancy, delivery, and recovery possible. We specialize in helping pregnant moms with the number one complaint during pregnancy: low back pain.

I started getting adjusted at 12 weeks pregnant and continued throughout my pregnancy. To say it was a game changer is an understatement. I felt so good my entire pregnancy and I’d say that’s because of the care at Compass. My baby girl is 3 months and has been getting adjusted since 4 weeks old. We love Compass!!

Compass Chiropractor is the kindest and most professional team in Atlanta. Their interested in preventative care and helping you achieve your health goals. This team is not your typical chiropractor practice. The office is modern, clean, and offers the newest technology to schedule an appointment. They also promote after business hours programming on fertility and overall wellness.

Compass chiropractor is absolutely amazing. It's changing my life. The entire staff is so welcoming receptionist to the doctors. They really show that they care I'm not very easy to speak with an extremely understanding. I looked into chiropractic care as a last resort to help with the challenges my toddler had been going through. Back and forth to the drs, urgent care, and the ER. We had literally tried everything. Allergy testing (ON A ONE YEAR OLD) even environmental testing... all any of the drs could say was "viral infection" which translates into not sure what's wrong so yeah... sleep issues, cough, congestion, continuous fevers, emotional, head banging, all these things. We started care mid to end summer, I started seeing changes just after his first adjustment which I was like ok cool now at then end of

I really enjoyed my discounted first visit and will be going back for full price visits! The staff was very friendly, professional and helpful. I got so much peace of mind from being able to see my spinal issues reflected back to me in my spinal scan, and I feel very relaxed after my first adjustment. Just had my first appt and was blown away. It’s so refreshing to have a doctor genuinely care for you and listen to your health concerns. What can I say about Dr. Jenn and team? Knowledgeable, thoughtful, wholistic, friendly! Children, adults, pregnant women, athletes. All the above. Some go to a chiropractor to get cracked & go home. These folks sit you down and walk you through exactly what is happening in your body & set you up for success by outlining a plan to get you right. Dr spring was so professional and helped me while on vacation. He was open on Saturday which was amazing. Came in and could most not walk do to a pinched nerve and by the time he was done I was able to walk out in so much less pain. Couldn't he more thankful. He was also so patient and tolerant of our 2 year old daughter and how interested she was in what he was doing.
