I am a Certified IFS Level 3 practitioner and licensed psychologist in private practice in Northwest Austin. For the past 25 years, I have worked with adults and youth who have special gifts, including high intelligence, creativity, learning differences, and emotional sensitivities. My approach to therapy is based on IFS, also known as Internal Family Systems therapy.
My office is located in central/north Austin, easily accessed from both MoPac and 360, and is between FM 2222 and HWY183. My hourly fee is $175.00. I accept cash, checks, and credit cards. If you would like to use insurance, I am happy to provide you with a monthly "superbill" which you can submit to your insurance company.
While the idea of jumping off a cliff to see if I can sprout wings doesn't normally sit well with me, when it came time to zipline with my teen-aged daughter, I didn't want to chicken out. The chance to do something bigger than our daily lives was too important. I needed to find my inner circus acrobat and fly through the air with the greatest of ease.
