We are proud to have built more than 100 homes in Landfall, a prestigious, 2200-acre, gated community named 'best address' to live by Forbes Magazine. Nestled on the Intracoastal Waterway in beautiful Wilmington, NC, Landfall is only minutes from Wrightsville Beach and Historic Downtown. We had a phenomenal experience with Mark Johnson Custom Homes! We bought our house while under construction and could not be happier with our new home! Mark and the entire crew went above and beyond to make sure we were completely happy with every detail. We met Mark and Meredith a few years ago as we started putting together a team to help build our dream home. We ended up selecting them as our contractor before we even selected an architect because we felt so strongly that they would be a good fit for us. Boy, were we right! MJCH did a tremendous job with every aspect of the project and allowed us to build a home while living 600 miles away with less stress than we ever thought possible.
