They brought experience and enthusiasm to the new companies, Walter as an ASE certified auto and truck mechanic and towing service manager and Kim with a business degree from UNH and experience managing a family business.

The young man that came out to help me with a blown tire during that horrendous storm was polite, fast, and knowledgeable. Thank you so much for towing our van last month. It was a busy day collecting food for the Post Office drive so losing our vehicle was a major set back. It was an incredible stress reliever to have your help so immediately.

Quoted $160-$180 to tow a Tesla 1.9 miles on the phone. They arrived, said they needed a different truck, then charged $282.62 because they sent two trucks. Owner said they had towed many Tesla's before, so why not just send the right truck to begin with? Seems scammy.

I had a project car that needed to be towed a short distance. The car has significant sentimental value, but still in mid project.. so it looked a little frightening. The gentleman quoted me a very reasonable price so I booked the tow. I could not be at the pick up location and was a little nervous that something would go wrong and my beloved automobile would be treated like a junker . Well it all went well. The tow driver came down the street and was clearly driving with care. He was able to put my vehicle in the exact right spot with out any issue at all (It was a tight fit to say the least)

Got in a slight fender bender, was given roughly a half hour to produce $180 from the air IN CASH just for coming out there and pulling me out of the snow. If I could not pay right on the spot, my car would be impounded and it would’ve cost even more. Oh yeah, I’m 19 by the way and this was my first accident and needless to say I do not make more than minimum wage and do not keep more than $20 in cash ever. The driver was some bossy b-word of a lady and was so rude and made the whole ordeal even worse, and got grease and God knows what else all over my steering wheel. Needless to say

We got our forklift stuck in the wet grass off the driveway in the industrial park and I called and they were there within minutes when I was told 20 minutes (!) and got the truck out right away. I was very pleased. Excellent. Very friendly and great service. Our company will now use them for all our towing needs.

These guys really helped me out last night. My car ended up stuck in a ditch. Newburyport Towing dispatched a truck to help me right away and were very careful not to damage my vehicle while handling it.
I'm very happy I called them. They arrived quickly and the service was reasonably priced. I would gladly use them again!!

I have used Newburyport towing numerous times. They are prompt, polite, professional, and courteous.
The first time I used them was when my battery died and I needed a jump. My girlfriend called AAA and they said their AAS driver would be there in about 3 hours. I called these guys and they were at my car in 20 minutes. So much for AAA...but I was happier to pay these guys because they showed up in 20 minutes versus 3 hours.
I've also used them on two separate occasions to have them transport my Audi. It was having some transmission issues and I was in the middle of a move (a great time for car
