I bought a trailer in NH and needed to transport it to MA, LightSpeed team answered quickly to my call and arranged a pick up right away. Nice guy and a good driver, even gave me some advices on practicing maneuvering the trailer and some details for safely towing it (little things that the seller assumed I already knew). I strongly recommend it.

I would highly recommend Lightspeed Towing to anyone. Rob came to fix a flat tire I had and was not only fast, but extremely nice and thoughtful. I was by myself (only had my dog with me) and he ensured that I was safe and okay prior to arriving. They came as quickly as they could and were extremely professional. Tom and his crew saved the day! !!! After a new Plow driver I hired for my residential driveway found himself off pavement spinning his tires deeper and deeper into the lawn and shrubs on My neighbors property line ! I made Just one call to Lightning Speed Towing ! They were kind courteous and professional and above all else. Arrived EARLY !! I could not be happier with my experience with LightSpeed towing. We got a flat tire at 8PM on Memorial Day and, after one response crew canceled on us, LightSpeed not only got there in under 30 mins but towed us to a gas station and got our flat fixed immediately. What makes this above & beyond service is the company was technically closed on Memorial Day (and used the truck in a parade earlier that day!), but, upon hearing that my pregnant wife was also in the car, they decided to take the call and come out to help us. I am a completely unbiased user who very infrequently reviews anything

Geico called them to come tow my car in one of the Lowell garages. The guy calls me when he's 5 minutes out and I live a 5 minute walk away so I headed towards the garage. Got to my car and waiting in the freezing weather for ten minutes until I called Geico. Apparently, the driver couldn't fit his truck in the garage so he just left and didn't bother to call me back and notify me. What's wrong with you? It takes one minute to call someone. So ridiculous.

SUPER FANTASTIC! I got my car stuck on my boyfriends driveway after hitting a patch of ice and sliding into a ditch. Tom and James came out in a timely manner and assured me that they would either do the job right or not at all. My car was in quite a predicament with the under part of my car sitting on the the ground ( the part of my car that isn't suppose to touch the ground). It took two trucks but they got her out with no damage at all!!! They were extremely professional and I can't say enough nice things about them. Had anyone else tried to get my car out by just towing it I would

Needed roadside assistance for a flat tire. This was set up through my insurance company but when they received the info from my insurance company I received a call from the driver letting me know he was on his way. Considering the first company that was supposed to come out had decided to go to another call but didn't inform me or my insurance company, this call was very reassuring. Arrived fast and was very friendly and helpful.

I called Volvo On Call for help when my car did not start. Within 30 minutes James and his tow truck from LightSpeed arrived. Apparently their name says it all. I have used AAA in the past and was left waiting for over an hour. I could not be happier with the great service James provided in quickly coming to my rescue.

I was riding my motorcycle and then all of a sudden I started wobbling . I pulled off onto the first exit I could. Flat tire. I called my insurance company and they dispatched lightspeed towing . They estimated an hour so I got a ride to the mall and came back 45 minutes later to find a flat bed trailer waiting to pick up my bike. Tom, the owner, loaded my bike on and strapped it down explaining why he was doing it this way . He took care and consideration for my bike even though it was a 1987 . Talk about a terrible company to deal with!
Here is our nightmare in dealing with Light Speed:
My boyfriend's car had two flat tires and was supposed to be towed from our apartment to the local Hyundai dealership for repairs. Over 6+ hours after the car was towed we still had not heard from the dealership or the towing company. We called the dealership to check in and they said that they did not receive our car. Um what?
We then called Light Speed to inquire about where the car was. A snippy receptionist informed us that the car was still on the back of the tow truck and that the tow truck
