I was given a rate of pay before I interviewed for a position, which I agreed upon. After the client made an offer, 3i People tried to offer me $7 less. I had to negotiate to get a higher rate, but it was not what was offered in the initial email. Even though I provided 3i with the email stating the amount, they still what not rectify the issue. Because this was not the clients problem and I really wanted the job, I went ahead and accepted the offer at a lower rate with the hopes of being hired on at a higher rate.

This is by far the worst contracting company I have ever encountered. Should have been wary during the initial onboarding process as paperwork was getting lost or duplicate requests were being made. Communication from this organization was extremely poor with responses being generic and not addressing issue. Never received any check ins/updates… from the organization on my performance or even asking how I was enjoying the engagement to ensure that I as a client was happy. Final straw was when the client decided to bring me on board as a full time employee I got no congratulations or any

Payroll was late by several weeks due to staffing issues, weather and underpayments for the Technology staff Liked working at Cox until I was too sick to continue.
