I like the environment and Management whom I'm working with. Codeforce provides good work life balance as it offers 2 paid leaves every month. I also offered me 6 months of maternity leave when I was conceived.
To talk about management, they always supported me and appreciated my efforts. They are well versed with technical abilities as they have solutions for any ambiguity that is open in my mind. Over all I'm happy to be part of Codeforce team.

I worked for Codeforce as IT Recruiter untill July this year. I had good experience with this company in terms of learning skills. Courtesy, my manager, Shivak. This is the place where you can actually switch the gears to your career. People often change their jobs for getting hike to their salaries but here in codeforce, you don't have to. Working with CF 360 was a great career progression with earning prospective. Love the many platforms available to assist consultants with a smile around the clock.
Though the work is a bit stressful sometimes, it’s a good learning experience. They start with old platforms and then slowly shift gears to new platforms. The upper management team is also very responsive and encouraging the employees. Most of the technical staff provides you practical overview of the subject; they have helped me a lot and quickly for through SAP Admin interview ….. Very happy

The Codeforce 360 guys changed my career path. Though the calls i talked to them were very time consuming, never mind all i wanted is a job and they did it for me... am serious, such dedicated IT staffing companies are very rare to find. Being a fresher i think, it’s hard to get a job quickly, one can always relay on Codeforce IT staffing and recruiting company. I was stress-free as i got a job in 6 months, am a sales force developer now.
