Crescent Mortgage has been the most frustrating mortgage lender to work with. I should have come to this Facebook page and read the reviews before starting this 6 month long process of trying to get a VA loan. I would caution anyone who is trying to buy a house through them. They will drag their feet on the whole process and are impossible to get ahold of. Look elsewhere if you want to close in a timely manner.

I had my mortgage with BoA for 16 years and was dissatisfied with the way I was being treated when I talked to to them about refinancing my home. Crescent got me a rate a half point lower and with less out of pocket cost than my existing mortgage company offered. I’ve bought and sold five house in my lifetime and this was the quickest closing I’ve ever dealt with. Shoutout to Johnny Pace. He did a terrific job.

After 126 days to process a simple refinance loan, I finally withdrew my application. Terrible communication, never returned calls, excessive and unreasonable request to process loan. Qualified clients should avoid Crescent or face frustration, inequity, unresponsiveness and waste of time. BTW: I have a 820 credit score, no debt and $5 Million net worth...but Crescent couldn’t process a loan in less than 5 months. Terrible corporation.

Find a better lender! My bank used them as a 3rd party for VA loan--I've written bank president to rethink their partnership. Crescent resent loan papers countless time to resign and worse, after cause 2 closing date rescheduling, on the 3rd closing date request new paperwork out of the blue. This almost made us loss the house. After closing I… thought it is was over, WRONG! We are now 2 weeks after closing and are still resigning paperwork we did at closing. They try to shuffle the issue is "VA loan process", which is a complete lie; unless this was their 1st VA loan ever---NOT! A good
