Since 1975, Community First Health Centers has offered full-service primary health care, family medicine, and community services to patients in Algonac, New Haven, and Port Huron, Michigan. Our experienced and specialized physicians are qualified and committed to nurturing doctor-patient relationships with each member of our community throughout all stages of your life.

Dr. Cloutier is just plain awesome. Very attentive, friendly and very knowledgeable. Not much more you can ask from your doctor. HOWEVER, I would have given Community health five stars, except that you CAN'T get an appointment. It's "nearly" impossible to get an appointment when you are not feeling well and need IMMEDIATE care. What's the point of having a regular physician if you can't see him for months? I guess you have to plan your health sickness ahead of time? Disappointed at the facility, not the doctor.

Hubby has only been here twice, love the Saturday and late appointments since he drives a semi and hard to schedule. Both times he was in, seen and out in about an hour. I switched to same doctor but my first appointment is next week. My husband is impatient so for him not to complain, says alot. I look forward to meeting the staff.

Been going here for awhile. Never has issues what so ever. Never have wait to long to see my doctor's. They have great service here in one place which makes my day better. Nurse are very kind. Get blood work from them and there very professional about . They can find my vein just like magic. Without hassel. The lady behind desk are amazing as well.

I’ve been going to their dental clinic for about 2 years. This is the best dentist I have ever gone to. It’s one of the only dental offices I’ve found that takes Medicaid. But I’m so happy that it was them! They don’t pressure me to do anything unnecessary, like past places have. They have given me great advice and have been so flexible with their appointments. I’ve had to have a lot of fillings done. If they don’t have an appointment available for a while, they have a cancellation list that they do call about. And their Covid precautions are fantastic!

I have never written a bad review for this clinic, but I have had enough. I have been calling for about 4 months for some bills from Quest and Wendy, who is in charge, never answers or returns the call. She only called me once at first saying she had taken care of them, but the bills kept coming over and over again. I kept calling her for the past 4 months to date and she never returns my calls. You're lucky if she answers your call. I also left several messages with the girls at the reception and she tells them to let me know that she will call me because she is busy or to call again in 10 minutes

Very clean and friendly professional staff. Only my first visit but im glad i found them and they take my insurance. As of right now im satisfied and have no complaints. They did an excellent job with my one filling/broken tooth, didnt feel a single bit of pain (never had a dentist succeed in numbing me before i usually opt to just deal with the pain of getting fillings). Hoping they continue to be able to help with the rest of my dental needs and issues in the future.

If you have any intention of getting an appointment, medication refills, or adequate healthcare, GO ELSEWHERE. The staff NEVER returns your phone calls, they enter medical test results into your charts wrong so you have no idea what your actual results are, they refuse to fill medications that I have been approved for and on for years without reasoning even though they have filled the month prior, oh and whatever you do, don't end up in and emergency hospital because when you speak with the staff they will tell you not to bother to come in because all hospitals tell patients to follow up. I had such a great experience going to their dental office today! I haven't gone to the dentist in a few years, so I was very nervous when I first got there. But the dental hygienist Jessica was so nice and reassuring the entire Xray scanning and cleaning! Doctor Rachael Vernon was also super professional and nice as well too. Overall, I'm really happy with how my appointment went today. Will definitely be back soon!
