Finally found a doctor they listens and cares about my health! I'm so grateful to have Dr. Naughton as my new doctor! I was first greeted by Sarah who went over all my care and the great pleasure to have Hazel as my go to counselor. She called me twice in less then a week to see how I'm doing. Then I have Lisa as my therapist looking forward working with her and the whole team at my care. They really do care. I'm so thankful to all of you .

The older lady that is a receptionist is awful!! Everytime I have to go to my Dr she ruins the experience! She's nasty rude and it shows on her face! She needs to be addressed. People need drs not to be treated like garbage every single visit! The Drs are amazing but this receptionist is the absolute worse! Who hangs up on patients! So rude!

I have loved this office for about a year or 2 no problems.
They hired a new receptionist every thing about her is just mean. While in the office waiting to be seen their was a lady in the lobby who she sent out with such a sad face. I don't know the whole story about their situation.
But let's go with my story I had a friend to call to ask what hospital can I go to have an ultrasound she told my friend HIPPA. LAWS won't let her declose that to her if she wasn't on my info sheet.
I will say this straight to the point very bad customer service skills at this time.

Dr. Allor was very dismissive of my concerns. Sadly, when you're a blk woman, it's very common to not be taken seriously when it comes to Healthcare. Please do better.

I like this doctors office. Dr. Naughton was originally just my kids doctor -who is 6 and warmed up to him very well- after seeing how well he interacted with my child I thought I’d see about dr. Naughton as my primary care doctor. He is so nice, warm and welcoming, listens carefully and doesn’t talk over you. He seems like he genuinely enjoys being a doctor and helping people. My only complaint is that the wait times can be annoying and hit or miss. I typically arrive 5-10 minutes early and sometimes I’m seen within a few minutes but sometimes I end up waiting 30-40 minutes.

They will close early. Doctors won’t immediately tell you about life-threatening lab results. If you’re an addict they will push Vivitrol on you every chance they get. Therapists here aren’t necessarily proactive.

Very professional staff from the receptionist too the doctors. I feel like everyone cares and does their best too help. Willing to help and work with patients to get the care they need. The mental health services are also very professional and you feel like they actually want to help you get better.

Best doctor around!! Dr Naughton is my daughter’s doctor, he always listens to our concerns, makes sure to answer all our questions, and is super funny!! A doctor who’s nice, funny, and listens??? Hard to come by! The staff is also amazing. The lady’s at the counter are always so sweet, which is super rare too! I love it here! My daughter will always go to dr naughton!

The mental health side is amazing and super helpful, but I advise not making your primary care doctor here! Had to go to urgent care twice for medications because lazy receptionist wouldn't tell the doctor I needed refills when I called twice. Very rude and unprofessional, still haven't gotten my blood test results back and its been months. Just terrible, gonna get a new doctor soon

I was seen may 23rd by this office. Since my dr doesn’t work here anymore I went to see dr Patel NEVER AGAIN!!! The front office staff was lovely as always but the dr over talks you don’t let you get a word in and forces his opinions on to you. Let’s not get on the MA who falsely documented my vitals into my chart. And when I called she had the nerves to tell men heart rate is done visually so temperature must be done visually as well then because she did neither when I even tried to tell the physician my blood pressure wasn’t properly token right he didn’t want to hear it but brush me
