I have never worked with such unprofessional, unresponsive, incompetent people in my life. I have been waiting 7 months for the release of money for the closing of my home. I had to supply all documentation on my own. Any time I ask what the hold up is, there is always a different reasoning (that is if they answer me at all). Stay far away from this place !!!!! It has caused nothing but aggravation and financial hardship on my family and I. I wish I could go back in time and hire a different law firm. Absolutely horrible!

Do not go to him!!! An absoulte scam! He's the seller's lawyer. We signed the contract on 8/4 and two weeks passed without them signing ths contract and mailed it back. When we contacted them they lied and said the seller signed rhe contract and mailed it already but they haven't recevied it yet. Finally on 08/17 they told us the truth the seller doesn't want to sell it to us anymore. Wasted two weeks of our time which we could have start to look for a new house. Now they said they mailed our check of 120k back to us on the 8/18 and now it's 8/21 already and we still haven't recieved the check

I used Richard Cohen’s office for my closing. He provided a level of service and professionalism that is second to none. By the time I got to the closing table Rick had checked and double checked everything to insure a smooth and stress free transaction. His office staff was friendly and great to work with.
