This review is solely for the administrative staff, specifically Katie who was one of the most unorganized people I've met. This review is not for Heather or any of the attorneys since unfortunately, I never had the opportunity to even speak with them due to Katie's inability to coordinate a simple meeting. If I could give this a zero, I would.
To summarize:
1. I called a week earlier to schedule an appointment for 2/2 at 4:30pm and Katie sent the invite same day, versus a week earlier

This Attorney how she is one is beyond me. Nothing but excuses why she doesn't get back to you. She's busy, hectic and so so sorry for all delays is all her excuses. The biggest of all was after weeks of her putting me off while I paid her in full and got nothing from her she, told me to come into office today and before 5 to pick up my documents and wasn't there. Again, more excuses oh I'm sorry we closed early. Sorry we didn't let you know ????????? I really was extremely so upset and beside myself talking to this woman and had to go to ER with chest pains after talking

Heather was appointed to me pro bono for a family court issue regarding my son, I have an ex wife who is fighting me tooth and nail to remove me from his life, being heather was appointed by the courts I was weary of the service I was going to get, it was completely the opposite, heather was attentive and diligent representing me in the courtroom , always returned my calls and always gave me an honest opinion . I’ve PAID for many lawyers and did not receive the same service as I did from heather fig, I would recommend her hands down to anyone who is in need of an honest and hardworking attorney

Heather is honest, truthful and forthcoming. My divorce was final with another lawyer and ran into some difficulties, she quickly came up to speed on the case and constructed a strategy that would best serve me.
