Nice check-in. North building in scaffolding under remodeling. Room was basically nice. Bed and pillows comfy. Drip Mr Coffee. Clean. Road noise was loud at times. The occupants on the 2nd floor banged and jumped around all night. Not restful. Felt reasonably safe. CCTV on the exterior. The price was reasonable just want quiet.

Dont stay here. I was charged and they insisted my card was declined and i had seen the transaction went through. So i wasnt givn a room. They lied and told booking.com i was a no show YET THEY GOT CAUGHT IN A LIE WHEN THEY SAID WE CHATGED HER AFTER SHE LEEFT THE OFFICE AND WE HAD HER INFO ON FILE! AND THAT WAS A LIE TOO BECAUSE THE CARD ON FILE WAS THE SAME ONE THAT HAD GOTTEN DECLINED AFTER THEY MADE ME RUN MY CARD AGAIN. THEY LIED AND COMMITTED FRAUD BY USING MY CARD ON A STAY THEY CANCELLED. BUNCH OF THIEVES. SO TODAY I REPORTED THEM TO BBB AND HAVE SUBMITTED A LAW SUIT AGAINST THEM AND ALSO

I would not recommend this hotel until remodeling is complete. The rooms still available are horrible. Non smoking hotel but my room smells so strong of cigarette. The chair in my room is so badly stained I won't even touch it, I don't even want to know what DNA is on it. I reserved 3 rooms for employees, one room the AC is so loud you can't sleep and the bathroom is disgusting. The other room the door was kicked in so severely that you can see daylight though the bottom of the door. Windows are so nasty you can barely see out of them. STAY AWAY.
