Hello Everyone, I'm the new Host Manager Interim at the Tachi Palace Casino Resort. I was hired on Halloween 2006, and originally started with our Premiere Club. Then I transferred to become a Casino Host Representative, shortly after I transferred to become a Casino Host and just recently became the Host Manager Interim.

We came for a late night snack. I had bourbon pecan pie and a side of ice cream. My friend had Mexicali Role. Both items were delicious! The ice cream tasted perfect with the pie and the beautifully plated sushi was just enough for two. It was topped with string crab, jalapeño, and siracha which gave it a lil’ kick. This was perfect for a late night snack but can very well be good for lunch as well.

Be aware of this place's very unreasonable and shady take-out order pick-up 1-hour time limit rule. We ordered and paid for $85 dollar worth of dinner. We were never told by the cashier when ordering about the rule that we need to pick up our food within 1-hour time limit. We went to pick up our order a little over the 1-hour limit; and we were told that our food had already been thrown away. There was no refund. The manager told us that they posted the 1-hour food pick-up rule somewhere near the pickup area so this is totally legal for them to throw away our food. I think this is totally ridiculous

Love the hotel. And there is a huge variety of slots both old favorites and new ones on both floors. I was there this Saturday and it was so crowded literally every machine on the main floor was busy for hours… and people were standing around to get on one once it became available. Given Covid protocols, there should be better monitoring of crowd size in the main casino area. I went upstairs where it was more manageable. I like the new smoking outside rule. It feels a lot cleaner.

The variety of machines is really good and one actually has a chance to win. the only bad part is if the machines go down like they did for us we waited a half hour to actually get someone to come out and help us and this happened twice. the machine froze and wouldn't give me my money. this is the only Casino where I've seen a rat running around… and three security guards trying to chase it down... super funny. keep in mind that the casinos in the middle of farmland so just make sure you wear boots when you go there. LOL. pictures of how long it took and how many people we had to ask for
