Mission Statement: To offer a wide variety of computers and hardware at wholesale prices coupled with excellent service and support. To offer the Tampa Bay area the best computer repair service at the best price with fair flat fee rates. How it began: ISORM entered the computer market in 2004 featuring top quality home desktop computers.
Sometimes when your computer needs a OS reinstall a backup fee will be required if you have more than 5GB of data to be saved. Internal laptop work requires more time and might be subject to an additional charge depending on the work required. Your repair might take longer than normal if there is a major problem or parts need to be ordered.
Eventually everyone will get some type of virus or spyware on their PC. At ISORM we know this can be frustrating and charge a flat labor fee of $79 to repair these issues. Most big box stores can charge $150 and up and try to sell you software you don't need. When you bring in your PC we will remove any virus / spyware / junk that we find.
Save your company money from the growing costs associated with managed IT service. At ISORM we are offering managed IT solutions including unlimited phone support, remote management, in-store repair labor, ticket system, and security updates. Pricing: Starting at $19.95 per computer per month (1 to 5 users), for larger customers please call us for a customized quote.
Flexible payment options: Our weekly, bi-weekly, twice monthly, or monthly lease renewal payment schedules are designed to align with your paydays. Income History - You should have a three-month history with your current employer / income. Checking Account - You must have a real (physical) bank & checking account for at least 90 days.

I had ISORM completely take apart my pc. I had them replace the motherboard, cpu cooler, power supply unit, and switch from an SSD to an M.2.
Their service was amazing. Tim loves to build computers, that love shows as he worked all day on my pc and had it literally done the same day.
I brought the pc in at 11:30am and he had it done by 5:55pm that same day.
Not to mention their pricing is amazing. For the labor done they have excellent prices. Currently as of this review, they charged 100$ for complex labor such as this one. But for basic labor they charge only $79.99

My PC crashed and bottom line is that I got exceptional expertise and knowledge from these guys, fair pricing, fast turn-a-round. HIGHLY recommended.
My 7 year old PC crashed and I was sure I would need to get a new one. NOPE, repaired and upgraded for a quarter the cost of a new one and no need to upload all my stuff. I will never go anywhere else.

This place is great! Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff. Went into their store looking for a very specific 8 pin splitter for a mining rig I am building. Two other places in Tampa didn't even know what I was asking for when I called, these guys not only knew exactly what I needed but had it in stock as well! 10/10 would recommend. Great local place with lots help and parts for your computer needs.

These folks are awesome!! I ruined my mother board by accident. Brought it into I S O R M Computers Monday, Tim said he’d order a new motherboard, It came in that Thursday. Called me and advised me of the progress. Called me again Monday, said it was ready, recommended a solid state drive. Had it installed, works great, much faster. Reasonable for the amount of work done.

My keyboard went out on my HP after only owning it a year and a half I purchased it brand new from a large electronic store. HP wanted nearly $500 to fix it and a month to get it back to me. Tim was fantastic he ordered the part had it in within a matter of days & told me it would take 24 hours to fix it. 4 hours later he called me it was done! I will never take a computer for repair to anywhere else but here!

Patient, knowledgeable and fair! After trying to figure out why my fiance's computer will not work, asking friends and googling answers, we came here for a second opinion with a custom built gaming computer. The first guy we brought it to was firing the parts cannon telling my fiance to buy ram, buy a new board and buy a new power supply. Just by looking at the gaming setup ISORM told us right away that things were out of place and needed to be fixed and got the computer working after a few days! they told us exactly what we needed to buy and was up front with the cost of repair. did not push

They have a knack for dealing with introverts and for making a little old lady comfortable using a computer. Our computer needs are minimal, but we never get pushed aside. Work is done timely, correctly, and courteously. We found someone trustworthy, and we won't go anywhere else.

If your computer comes down with a bad "head cold" or fractures it's motherboard... there is a terrific place right on Florida Avenue, just south of Bearss that we have used for years. It is called Isorm Computers.
Prices are very fair and their work is extremely good. They have also steered me away from a few pricey repairs (due to parts costs) and encouraged me and my wife and my father to purchase replacement products... that saved us a ton. Many of these were not even items that they sold.

Went to ISORM to have a laptop screen replaced...Quoted $129 by Tim, the tech on Waters Street. Tim called and said I didn't need a new screen...Come to find out that the Best Buy in Wisconsin that replaced the screen two years ago, never taped the contact. Tim fixed the issue, did a complete clean-up, and inspection for the cost of a standard service...about half the cost of the screen. This type of honesty and quality service is much appreciated. I will definitely recommend ISORM to my friends and family.
