In an unfortunate event my fathers last sibling passed away and was buried on my fathers birthday. Since the funeral was short and I live multiple states away, I decided to send the sympathy flowers directly to my dad. I chose white and blue from the 1800 flowers “sympathy” section and had a beautiful note telling him happy birthday dad, this is a day of remembrance and celebration of life. His brother sister and parents are celebrating him from above.

Called wanting information on flowers for my sons wedding. The woman I spoke with was very unfriendly and even acted annoyed. They were not going to be able to do the flowers due to being out of town Saturday. When I asked if I could pick up the flowers Friday and keep them refrigerated she started to answer then said, you should just call someone else we’re not even going to be here that weekend. Worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time!

Although the flowers are beautiful, the customer service is poor. I sent flowers to a friend through the 1-800-Flowers website and they knocked on her door and left before she was able to get to the front door from upstairs. Then the delivery person sent her a weird text that only said "I have flowers for you." They provided no identifying information or indicated they were delivering on behalf of the company. When she responded asking who this was the delivery person said she could pick the flowers up at the office location. She had to call the office to figure out what was even going on and did
