Walked in to get my crunched mirror fixed. Brad behind the desk came outside to evaluate the damage, gave me an idea of how long it would take to get the replacement, get it painted, and get it installed. He ordered, called me to bring the car in, gave me a free loaner for 24 hours. When I picked up the car, the mirror was perfectly matched in color to the car. The car had also been washed and detailed inside as a complimentary service. After I paid my bill, Brad told me the car parts dealer had underestimated the cost of the mirror but he wasn't going to charge me the $60 difference. I was so
