My work is rooted in the belief that all people deserve to be seen, heard, and accepted and that it is particularly important for individuals with marginalized identities to experience acceptance and belonging within safe relationships and communities.
I utilize a systems, attachment-based, and relational psychodynamic framework while also incorporating broader approaches from compassion, mindfulness, dialectical behavioral, and acceptance and commitment therapies when indicated.

All of our clinicians are available to provide consultation to healthcare professionals and attorneys. Consultation topics include, but are not limited to, trauma, dissociation, risk factors for suicide, family dynamics, autism spectrum disorder, and attachment issues. Our psychologists are trained to provide competent care to people who identify as transgender and non-binary. We do not believe that psychotherapy is necessary to proceed with gender-affirming physical health services. However, we can provide psychotherapy if you believe it could be beneficial to you.
