Cochran Complete Services

After inspection if my HVAC system for no heat technician claimed system had to be replaced due to lightning strike. Also advised not to contact my insurance company because it was an act of God. Estimated $8,000.00 To replace system. Contacted my insurance company who said I would be covered and they would send an adjuster to inspect the system and pressured me to replace the system ASAP. We had Cochran install our new Heating and AC units over the summer. From the sales department to the installers everyone was professional and we are glad we got our HVAC systems upgraded. They even came out on a Saturday to do the install which was great, we didn't have to take off work. There were a few bumps along the way, there was an issue with the condensate line and one of the exhaust vents. Mike had come out to the house to make sure everything was corrected. That seems to be their main goal. In today's world it is tough to be sure how you'll be treated after the sale. Mike is top notch

I've been dissatisfied with this company from day one. I must say, the technicians are very nice and they come to work but the communication is the absolute WORST! Day one of getting a walkthrough for a quote I was told that I would be emailed a quote within 45 minutes. That did not happen, I actually had to keep calling and harassing them to get it and received it the next evening. I was then told that I would be scheduled for an appt on 10/4 but it never was confirmed. I called to confirm and was told my appt was in fact 10/5 because they needed to order a part. No one felt the need to contact

Service Tech, Jeremy was courteous, knowledgeable, well-qualified, but most important, an honest man with integrity.
Not an easy combo to find in an hvac Tech these days. So while I don't usually do reviews, just had to share my experience so that if anyone happens to read this while considering what company to choose, I am confident that you will be pleased as I am after my experience with Cochran C&H Co. ...IF your Tech that is anything like Jeremy.
Hats off to that young man. His care and expertise are truly helpful & appreciated!

The salesperson, Dan, was very knowledgeable and made some good suggestions to improve the efficiency of my systems. The installer, Mike definitely went beyond to make sure everything was properly installed. He was meticulous about his work and making sure the installations were completed correctly. He really takes pride in his work and goes the extra mile for the customer. He displays great work ethics and qualities.

We recently had both the upstairs and downstairs AC/Heating units replaced on 18 year old systems, as well as re-ducted the basement for future renovations. We interviewed 4 vendors and Cochran Complete was an easy choice. Extremely professional from the first visit, Jason helped us map out the best course of action to get the results we wanted with the budget that we had. He was the first vendor to deliver a quote and the only one that custom tailored the packages to meet the needs for each floor. Everyone else either didn't respond or sent a generic quote.
The work itself was extremely fast

Got a lot of quotes on a new 3-ton system for my home. Cochran not only had the best price but offered the best solution! Highly recommended.

Cochran Cooling & Heating was a great company to do business with when my wife and I needed a new HVAC system. Jamey is fantastic and the 2 guys who installed the unit were hardworking and professional. Being new to the area this will be my go to company for future needs. You can't beat their service and prices.

Great service!!! He came out and diagnosed the problem within seconds! Even asked for permission before removing the van in the bathroom to get a better view of what was going on. And even though it was coming from the condominium above mine. He even went out of his way to take a picture of the leak & showed it to the person living above me so they could get the information from a non biased source. And know without a doubt it wasn't a leak coming from my plumbing. Will definitely use again!!!!!

I do not recommend Cochran Cooling & Heating. I bought a new HVAC and water heater from them. The day of installation was a nightmare.
What should have taken 5-6 hours actually took 10+ hours. The issues stemmed from the salesperson who apparently did not measure my existing hvac unit.
The one he recommended turned out to be larger in size and when the installers came they said the new unit was too large to fit and it would take a lot of extra parts in order to make it fit. Their first suggestion was to put in a smaller unit (at the same cost), which I refused because I wanted the unit I had
