Great place to live and affordable, when we moved in almost 2 months ago the apartment was newly remodeled, new appliances and I loved the flooring, also pet friendly! Love this apartment complex, it's so quiet. When we first moved in there was only couple of issues but got resolved in a timely manner.

Good morning
Would like to say that i just recently moved in and it has a really good environment and a real welcoming feeling. Management is great and always fast about reaching out and very humble and friendly. Also love that their is a pool but sad that i wont be able to use the gym due to my work shedule since it is only open till 5pm mon- fri and my job is mon- fri 8 to 5.

I have recently moved here and I have not had any problems, I really like my apartment, they told me that it is one of the remodeled apartments and I am happy in it. I have not had any problem. I didn’t see any cockroach, rats, spiders or another kind of insects. That’s good. And the central air, the stove, the water (hot or cold) everything has been fine, it is a quiet place. I feel very good here.

This is the absolute WORST place to live. There is a rodent and cockroach infestation and the office manager "Shaniqua" or "Shanice" Aguilar or whatever, is very unpfrofessional. She is lazy and has a terrible attitude; especially if you're female. She did not care to call in pest control to handle the infestation until I took actual video of these cockroaches all over the stove, sink, caninets, etc. We couldn't even use our kitchen for about two months. When we moved in, the floors smelled like dog pee and the bath tub was moldy. They get you by showing you a "model" apartment rather than the

Worst place I have ever lived (I have lived all over the world, including 3rd world countries). From the moment I moved in, I realized management was a joke. No one cleaned my apartment before I moved in and when I asked to have it cleaned, Jack, the complex manager came and looked at it, and told me that I was being picky. He didn't have anyone clean it. I guess picky means you would want the carpets to be semi-clean without paint stains and the cupboards to not be riddled with dead cockroaches. Also, the the bath-tubs where stained orange and had someone else's hair in it.
