The managing company for the Brownstone in Uvalde (3CM Multifamily) is not taking care of their tenants. The laundry room is absolutely against health code, the dryers don’t operate right, the pool is never cleaned and they also do not respond to maintenance calls the proper way. The maintenance guy is always busy and working a lot trying to keep the property operating right, but the management makes poor decisions. My AC Unit has been out for 3 months. They refuse to get a professional AC company out to repair or replace the unit. It’s an uninhabitable living condition and they still want

These are definitely the nicest apartments around however, neighbors have a lack of courtesy with patio talks that last until 4am, dogs constantly barking and pool parties that never stop. My neighbors have been a constant issue for 6 months but management can’t do anything about it even with the minor kids drinking and smoking pot. The issue has been addressed discretely to avoid confrontations as much as possible but that seems to have been a moot effort.

The brownstone is hands down the best apartments my husband and I have stayed at. From the very first day we went. Jackie and Rachel really worked as a team to make sure things were done right. Jackie was with us the whole way from showing the apartment to always being helpful and friendly when we had a question. They were so professional, no hidden fees and they were very timely in all requests. The pool was always sparkling, never overcrowded. The grounds were kept so clean, and the complex was always very quiet. Not to mention, they are fairly new so everything really looked just like the model

My family and I lived here between November 2014 - July 2015 and September 2016 and will be moving out in June 2017. Both experiences have been nothing but pleasant and it's a little saddening that we have to leave once again.
The office staff changed between the time we were gone, but the remained pleasant, helpful and courteous. Both of our moves were under strange circumstances and both times the leasing agents were more than accommodating and understanding.
The maintenance crew stayed the same for the most part. There's still the same main guy (I'm so bad with names.) and now he's got another
