I called for a quote to tow my car to the mechanic I use regularly (30 miles from home, next to my office). Kenny was able to help diagnose the issue over the phone and suggested that he first do a roadside assistance call to see if he could get it started so I could drive it myself vs. paying for such a long tow. He not only helped me get the car going, he diagnosed another potential issue for my mechanic to fix. Very professional, helpful, and friendly. I felt I was in good hands.
