As former owners of a 2004 built Park Square home, we expected that our new Park Square home would be of similar quality and value. In 2019 the purchase of a Park Square home has exceeded our expectations with a quality build, options, price and location. Throughout the construction and closing process, we received professional attention from the sales staff, design center personnel and most of all the on-site building superintendent.

From start to finish, Park Square homes made us feel like family and absolutely exceeded our expectations with communication, quality, and commitment. We have had so much fun with this process. It is exciting to see it go up and see choices we have made come to life. Those who worked on our house overcame the pandemic and built. We love our beautiful new home and our beautiful community!

My family and I are in the middle of buying our first home process at Aviana, and so far, it has been satisfactory. Deepak Goel has been kind and very attentive, always keeping us updated in the middle of the construction process; so far, it has been an outstanding experience.
We are waiting for the closing day, and I will update the post with happy pictures of the satisfaction of how Park Square Home builds homes designed for the comfort and joy of families.

I purchased my home in September 2020 and it has been a year. I had a great Sales Representative Denise Rapp. She was awesome! She was very easy to get along with. She showed me all the available lots and told me which houses I could build on the land based on the lot I had chosen. One of things that impressed me most about Denise was her communication skills and her transparency. She always kept me informed of where we are in the process. Also I didn't live in the area. A few months ago I had young couple that reach out to me after I had help their parents before. I purchased my new Park Square Townhome in Waterset back in September 2019. I finally closed on July 20, 2020. Amidst the Covid-19 pandemic, there were a lot of trials and tribulations and stress beyond belief. I had sold my previous home in 4 days after placing it on the market. My new home was 3 months from being completed. I work very close to my new home and drove past it almost every day. I would stop by at lunch to see the progress. Were there mistakes? yes. Were they fixed? yes. My sales person Nick along with the two construction foreman Paul and Tom were always there to answer my questions
