We purchased a house from Andy 2 1/2 years ago in April 2018 and part of our closing documents were that he had to move the fence that was 3ft off the house to the property line, when it should be 6 ft and match the rear fence with the rest of the fencing. Plus that meant moving the shrubs, pool pump, and install more grass. That was made part of the closing documents. He asked if we would let him move it that August (2018) as he was building a new house next door to ours that would share the fence. He still has not done any of this. He's still note built the house next door or even started it

Really an incredible experience with Rare Builders! They helped me with every phase of my new house - from choosing a lot to designing and finishing the house. They had great recommendations at every step, but were not pushy at all about what we should select. Although the construction took slightly longer than we expected, the owner and project manager were in constant communication with me, so I always felt like they were working hard to move the project along and not let anything fall through the cracks. The end result is better than anything I could have imagined! The house is amazing, and
