We recently purchased our engagement ring from Michael and his wife. While we mainly dealt with Michael, they were both so nice. Michael was attentive, kind, knowledgeable, and just generally a delight. M. Pope and Co. only carries the highest clarity of diamonds with the fewest inclusions. I initially went there because I had worked with his dad many years ago, but what I experienced was unforgettable customer service, fantastic knowledge and a gorgeous engagement ring. I brought my mother in law in to get my father in law’s wedding ring resized so she can wear it now that he has passed away. Michael was so wonderful! He gently assured her that he could resize it, how he would do it, and his manner with her was simply so kind. He even spent time talking with her about her loss. We are thrilled! We had a design we wanted to use for our wedding rings but it required a jeweler capable of replicating and craftIng it then sizing the entire design differently for each of us. We further customized them when we saw the proposed rings from Pope’s. We also appreciated their enthusiasm for our project. We had the rings rather quickly, well within the timeframe we needed them. The communication was excellent every step of the way. We LOVE our unique rings, could not be happier, highly recommend Pope’s Jewelers!!!
