For over 20 years, Amber Grove has been a beautiful, secluded venue for family and friends to gather in celebration. While our primary focus is weddings, our picturesque country estate is the perfect setting for any social occasion. Located just minutes from Rte. 288, we would love to be a part of your special day.

The place now known as Amber Grove is a wedding/special events venue established in 1997. From its humble beginnings, it has grown into one of Richmond's premier wedding and special event venues. The house itself and surrounding lands have a long and varied history. What follows are some of the historical highlights.

Beautiful country wedding venue. Great indoors reception area in several cozy rooms or for more space there's an air conditioned or heat tent for seat down dining and dancing. There's a couple of options for outdoor wedding ceremonies that flow right into either one of the two aforementioned areas. Also, a barn chapel. Easy to travel to (near otterdale & genito traffic area) in Chesterfield Co.

Our wedding was on 10/9 and everything went so perfectly! John is the best day of coordinator you can get, he made everything the day of go so smoothly. The property itself is absolutely stunning! When it rained on my wedding day, pivoting everything inside was so seamless. Highly recommend this place!!

We had our wedding here on Halloween 2021. We used their outdoor space for our ceremony and it was gorgeous. The owner, John, is the most accommodating person and works as the day of coordinator. He and his staff helped make our day perfect. The food they provided for the buffet is amazing.
Highly recommend.

Attended a Mem Day wedding at this venue....wow! Words can't speak high enough of the beauty of this property. It was absolutely stunning and all around just a wonderful place to celebrate love.

I loved working with John and his staff! As a planner/coordinator we often don't interact with the venue staff often, however John and his staff were great to work with. They were all knowledgeable and so polite to myself and my staff. Not to mention it is a gorgeous venue.
