Their products brakes down a lot they are not in a hurry to fix it still waiting for over 3 months for them to fix my scooter. They had to fix it 2 other times and they still can't get it right

Great place. Went in with my wifes broken transport chair to see if it could be repaired. No such luck. Daniel got busy and called me the following morning and my wife has a new upgraded chair at no cost in time for her doctors apointment this afternoon. Daniel was very attentive and got it done. I appreciate the fact that we have this service here I really do. Unfortunately when you call usually the receptionist is short and rude. Then it takes a really really long time for the service person to actually be in your area so you have to wait a very very long time.

I called and left a message and was contacted by email for information regarding insurance and so on. I returned this information but was never able to speak to anyone. I called them numerous times and messages were taken, over approximately a month, but calls were never returned. I finally told the person taking the messages to pass on to the salesman, that if my call was not returned I would go somewhere else. Her response let me know that this would make the salesman angry and I would never get a call. I only wish I had not wasted so much time on an organization, who employs a salesman, who

Helpful, with a large amount of inventory, if you can explain your needs these people can & will help you. I've always come away satisfied. If they don't have what you need, they won't just put up their hands and turn you away. Easily accessible, with wide aisles and their display items are in reach of seated customers. Plus, if you just want to be left alone, they can do that too. Since Owen's store closed & we discovered Everything Medical, we haven't felt so lost anymore. And seeing items, merchandise, in a store, in your HANDS just beats the daylights out of Internet guessing. Thank you, E

There are a lot of big hearted people at this company especially the manager Danni, what a sweetie. I know there is unfortunately a high demand for their products which is one of the reasons this company has grown so fast and will continue to grow but they have the right people and they care which will keep them around for a long time

If I could give this company a negative score I would. They lost paperwork that was hand carried to them for a power wheelchair for my elderly mother. For months we called trying to find the status of the wheelchair and were told each time β€œwe’re working on it.” During this time, which was a year, my mom fell and broke her hip, fractured both her feet and wound up with such severe carpal tunnel syndrome in both wrists from trying to hold herself up with a walker that she now requires surgery to both wrists/hands ASAP. I went in to get the paperwork to take somewhere else and was given a sealed

Bought a seat for mom did not work. Was not told to not take it out of package. So No refund. The worst part is i had to go back in your store to buy another comfort pad. Because your the only one left in redding. I can go to a wall mart, target, macys, and return everything with my reciept. Like your company has zero loss. I feel so bad for my mom and elders in general for inconsiderate, money hungry ., e with terrible manage ment. Glad i leave in sacramento.

My wife and I have been customers with Everything Medical since they first opened on hilltop about 13 years ago. We had the pleasure of meeting a young man named Joe that had a great ambition to start a medical supply business, and we found him to be a very conscientious, thoughtful and knowledgeable business owner. Over the years we have done a good deal of business with his company, and we are filled with joy for the success he has demonstrated. He now owns the largest medical supply store in the North State, and in that process he has assembled and trained a very knowledgeable supportive staff

Update (September 2018): After I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in June, the owner of the company, Mr. Joe Adelman, agreed not to contest my request for a full refund on my Visa credit card. Then, this week, Mr. Adelman sent a service technician to my mother's home - he replaced the lift chair motor at no charge! I was surprised and impressed - and I had to change my rating and update my review to reflect this response
