Terrible company to rent from, they'll take your money with a smile but that's it. I've been waiting weeks for the repairman.. neighbor has been waiting over a month. They don't care whatsoever about tenant safety. I wouldn't recommend renting from here

They used to make sure things were ran professionally and had tenants best interest at hand. This year 2021 they took away the personal garbage cans in the corbin Ky area and left handicap individuals without a way to get garbage to the dumpters on site. New dumpsters were added but none installed near the handicap units. Elders and handicap left to fend for themselves... obviously they prioritized saving a dollar over the handicap needs of each individual paying to live at their property. Shame on you homeland. This is unacceptable

Horrible management!! They own apartments every where it seems! Eastview apartments in Ft. Branch are one. Dirty when you move in. I have pics that hopefully upload to prove it! I was told it would be clean when I moved in. I had a friend help me clean it because it was so bad.

I am writing this review based on my experience in dealing with Hillview Apartments, managed by Homeland Management company in Leitchfield, KY. My mother and father have lived there for over 20 years. The issues they have dealt with range from bad residents, slow maintenance or none at all, poor quality of workers when they do come for a maintenance items, and most recently poor leadership. Rules are not enforced consistently and when they are enforced it's a complete turnaround due to change in site management. Terrible, nasty people-they treat the elderly poorly. They do not take good care of their property. I would NEVER live in a property they manage. People-beware!

The story above is not true! I also rent from them! None these are true! Places are kept up very well take care broken things right away! No way they did without water etc! We have inspections every three months! U have keep your place kept up and THATS A GOOD THING! NO BUGS RATS OR ROACHES! So this is wonder Place to live! Nothing like what story above is saying! Asked for my dryer to be repaired in Feb 2017. Gets so hot on top I cannot touch it. Cannot clean vent, because I get shocked.
The noise it makes can be heard by my neighbors.
Light bulbs in entire apartment have to be replaced every 4-6 weeks. I have bought expensive ones. Same thing happens.
The water faucet on back patio has been broken for past 3 summers
I'm not only one with problems. Talk to anyone here. We all have problems.
Managers come and go so often, when I go to office to pay rent, I am not shocked anymore that it is not the manager as last month.

These complaints are true. They are better apartments than the majority simply because they are updated such as having a dishwasher. Maintenance is not speedy. I have had to wait on things to be fixed that have been unreasonable times such as 8 months and longer to clean out dryer vents. Have had a raj that has been turned in several times that we have had inspections and has still not been fixed. Dryer vents were suppose to have been done in October yet it has not been done which is a fire hazard but they will nit pick about stupid stuff that doesn't make sense when there are more important things

Worst company in the area to rent from.. They Discriminate against disabled people in wheelchairs, Their hot water tank busted and they made us do without water for 3 weeks, no oven for 3 months, fridge didn't work for nearly 2 months. not allowed to open windows like your in a prison... heat and air is locked so you can't control it. Men are not allowed outside shirtless, women have to wear shorts knee length or you will be written up no children over 5 allowed to play on bikes or anything in the yard or sidewalk. Rat and mouse and roach and black mold infested. We caught 27 mice and 4 rats in
