Under Pressure Washing

The crew showed up exactly on time and were courteous and petticoat. We have a large home and enormous barn and boy!, they really needed to be cleaned. Under Pressure did such an incredible job, I was so pleased. They were very careful with the landscaping, and when they were through our house looked brand new! We were thrilled with the results.

I was happy with the results of the job, although I thought they got done quite fast. The men were very professional and pleasant.
My only complaint is, it left all my windows stained with drip marks, which means I have to pay to have someone clean them all.
They ran water on the plants which made me appreciative. I suggest that they should just give the windows a quick rinse when done.
I am a little concerned that when they were done we had a very heavy thunder storm. Not sure if that washed away all the chemicals that protect the roof.

We made several calls to other companies to have our tile roof soft washed. None of them ever returned our calls. Until we called Under Pressure. They called back the same day. We gave our information to a very nice lady and a few minutes later the owner Brian called back to schedule. We were pleasantly surprised when he could schedule us the same week! We asked about the process and he assured us that they would protect our plants and trees. They have a worker on the ground who sprays the plants with water to protect them. He looked up our house on google maps and gave us the price. We scheduled

Was a first time customer just recently, and will certainly be using them in the future. The lanai cage, screens and deck were in great need of a cleaning. It was transformed in just a couple of hours! Very pleased!

Very fair price for whole house power washing including driveway, walkway, Lanai & cage, and roof cleaning, which included covering all the plants around the house. The house looks like it was just painted. The two young men were very thorough and courteous. I am quite pleased with the job.

My husband and I moved to Bradenton, Florida a little over a year ago. We purchased a house with a tiled roof and we really didn’t know how clean or dirty it was. After getting it cleaned by the company called Under Pressure, we were quite surprised as to how dirty the roof had been. The roof now looks beautiful as if it were brand new.
The workers were very polite and did a great job. I would definitely recommend this company if you need your tiled roof cleaned.

For the most part they did an okay job, but dirt from some of the mud daubers was left behind. When I brought it to their attention, I was told that they were stains, and wouldn't come off. I know better, and took care of those areas afterwards. The lack of attention to detail is why I only gave 4 stars. The house wasn't that bad to begin with, but the white aluminium sofits, gutters, and downspouts were showing the 18 months of dirt.
