My son goes here and we really appreciate the people who work there and he really enjoys himself. My son is very active and had a rough start going there (he was hitting a lot etc) and they really worked with me getting him to learn to use his words better etc. He always eats good, has fun, and learns a lot. Plus they get professional photos taken almost monthly that are affordable, which I think is amazing. My son is 4 for reference and is in the pre-k class but since he’s about to be in school they let him play with the big kids sometimes, which is cool to integrate him with school aged kids

Extremely disappointing that with the recent news story and video of a staff member abusing a small child, the school couldn’t take the time to answer questions or say anything to the parents who’s children are currently enrolled. Instead they chose to say absolutely nothing and close their doors, only temporarily. These were people we trusted with our child. This only solidifies everything the news is saying about this establishment, which is terrifying and makes it exponentially more difficult for us to ever trust anyone with him again.

My girls have attended Little Country since they were about 8 weeks old, they are almost 2 and 4 now. I'm amazed everyday at the things they've learned, songs and dances, counting, writing their name, and their MANNERS! I briefly transferred them to another daycare and quickly learned that was a mistake. Little Country Daycare provides my children with the structure and routine they need and I truly feel the teachers genuinely love my girls.

A mother called the daycare regarding scratches on her childs face, this daycare told her he's doing it to himself and invited the mom to see the security cameras. It CLEARLY shows a worker pinning down a child and slapping him repeatedly and another clip of the workers trying to forcefully restrain the child. This place is lucky its still standing! See the video online or on Facebook.

It is absolutely disturbing to watch a surveillance video of a teacher here laying her hands on a child.. and even more so to see the coworkers do nothing about it!? Little country needs to be shut down or re-evaluated with whom works there. NOBODY should EVER have to go through that, nor should prior situations like this have to happen. Sad world nowadays..

There has been a recent incident which a staff member abused one of their toddlers who was enrolled. During the 'incident' multiple teachers entered the room and did not stop the staff member. Eventually another teacher came in and removed the student from the situation. This portion is unfortunate, but does not stop there. There ended up being a cover up which the parents were not informed the truth until the saving grace teacher finally pulled the parents aside, insisted they watch the CCTV tapes with the school and law enforcement was engaged prior to the real truth coming to the surface. My girls (5 and 2 years old) attended LCDC for 4 weeks. We have just moved to Haslet. My daughters' father -my ex-husband- has disappeared from their lives the past year. My 5 year old is taking that very hard and has started having behavior problems. They kicked my daughter out for "smacking her teacher in front of a parent" which I was told made the daycare look bad. I am NOT a parent that thinks her child is a saint and can do no wrong, I usually have the teachers' backs and follow up with punishments at home for bad behavior at daycare. My issue is the lack of communication I felt this daycare
