My son was at the summercrest facility for just 6 months and had 22 accident reports. He is now out of there! I thought it looked like a nice place and I liked the fact that I could watch him on camera but boy was I wrong! On March 1st (2 weeks before his 2nd birthday) my son got his finger slammed in the bathroom door and the tip was 3/4 of the way off and was broken. He was sent to children’s medical center in Dallas and almost lost the tip of his finger. They had to put him under and reconstruct his finger and was placed in a whole arm cast for 3 weeks. The bad thing is no one could tell me

My wife took a tour of this facility. Asking questions about our 5 year old who is autistic and didn't seem to have any issues.. then the day my wife goes down to finalize the enrollment we are told that they are not equip to handle a 5 year old who isn't potty trained. Seems to me like they are refusing us due to my child being special needs..
