Very rude company to deal with, they rented an apartment out from under us when we had experienced an unexpected disaster in our home. We had to get a lawyer involved previously due to their harassment of our honest reviews, 6 years later and they are at it again. Look elsewhere and save yourself the trouble.

I work on campus at Missouri S&T. This location is quiet, private and still close enough for a short commute to work. The management and staff are top notch and really do care about your living experience here. When I did have any maintenance issues, even on the weekend, the staff assisted or got the appropriate professional on the job ASAP. Many other benefits from private pool, organic garden, and child friendly. Morningside is a great place to call home for a few months or a couple of years like I did.

As a new professor arriving in Rolla, I was hesitant to rent online. However, Morningside is a delightful complex. We rented a furnished apartment, which was fully equipped with everything (even champagne glasses). My favorite memory living there was watching the cardinals, robins, and squirrels out of our dining room window while drinking coffee in the mornings. It is, hands down, the best complex in the region.
The trees almost form a canopy, which is super. Beautiful flowers in the spring. The property manager lives on site, which is nice. No party people live there, just quiet professionals

I am a travel RN and worked in Rolla last year for six months. It is hard to find housing that allows pets. I was able to do so at Morningside Apartments. Constance was so easy to work with and talk to. The apartment was extremely nice and a perfect amount of space for me, my dog, and my cat. I highly recommend this apartment complex for anyone staying in Rolla!

I was in a desperate situation and needed a furnished apartment within 3 days. I called spoke to Constance told her about my situation and that day told me she had something for me. the place was beautiful. You literally walk in and everything that you need is there. it also has a pool. That was great for me because I had my granddaughter and she loves to swim. everyone there is so nice and wonderful. I accidentally left my keys in my apartment and was locked out. It was a Saturday night I text Constance she text me right back. Less than five minutes later Robert who is an employee there came with

I absolutely loved living here even though my time was short. I travel for work and the only hotels in Rolla did not have kitchens. I found this apartment for either long or short term rentals and some apartments are furnished which worked great for me. I had a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment that was beautiful and extremely clean. The furnishings were beautiful. The owner Constance is a wonderful and understanding person. The only down side was that I had to leave so soon. I lived there for 4 months and never had any issues. If I ever work in Rolla, MO again I will be calling her!!!!

In March of this year I lost my home to a fire. I was so devastated I felt as if I had lost my entire life. But then my insurance company put me in contact with Constance at Morningside Apartments. I'm not ashamed to admit I wept when she showed me the apartment she prepared for me on extremely short notice. It was so clean, classy, comforting... it truly felt like my new home if only temporarily.

The best part about Morningside is the individual attention that you receive. I talked with the staff there for weeks and they were so flexible, understanding, and willing to work with me, which meant so meant as a military member. I had so many questions as a new military member and new apartment seeker, and they addressed them all promptly and thoroughly. I could call any time and was definitely valued at all times. I was so impressed that I signed a lease agreement with Morningside and was so excited to join their community. Unfortunately, several last minute financial situations came up and

Very good place to stay. Great maintenance service and staff. 6 Star. I recommend to anyone who is moving to Rolla for business or University. I am renting a furnished apartment: nice furniture, nice flooring, nice bathroom, nice kitchen. Enjoy the jacuzzi tub. There is a very nice pool. I make fresh salads from the garden. Nice greens and tomatoes--ready to pick everyday.

I advise anyone in the military not to rent here. The property manager is extremely difficult to work with and will fight every step of the way to honor the military clause in the case that you receive orders. The property manager also enters your apartment without your knowledge. Property is poorly constructed with constant invasion by pests. If you are military, consult the housing office for recommendations for much better and cheaper housing closer to base. If you are not military, I recommend anywhere but here. Worst decision I ever made.

Morningside Apartments are fantastic! After searching for a while, it was nice to finally find a place that allowed dogs. And has a great outdoor space to walk your pooch (it's close to the park too). Everyone is really nice, maintenance was quick, and all you need is right there. Their pictures on the website are true to form and it it's just as nice in real life. You definitely get what you pay for. There are other places to rent in Rolla, but none with the same atmosphere, management, or as nice. And they love dogs. Isn't that all you need?

Because this was an Army move halfway across the country, we had to take a risk signing a lease without seeing the apartment first. We are so glad we ended up at Morningside! Constance (the manager) was fair and flexible in accommodating our needs. She truly went above and beyond to make sure we really enjoyed living at the complex. Whenever problems arose, the maintenance guys were always quick to respond. They are all very sweet people. My first week there, the on-site manager actually drove me to the utilities company and then to the grocery store because I didn't have access to my own car yet
