Liberty Rehab & Patient Aid Centers has served the home health needs of residents of Connecticut and New York for over 40 years. We offer the most extensive selection of mobility equipment, home oxygen equipment, sleep therapy equipment and home medical equipment and supplies in our service area. Our goal is to consistently provide courteous, professional and caring service to our clients and their families and caregivers.

Full range of respiratory equipment (oxygen, sleep therapy, nebulizer therapy), consumer mobility equipment and medical equipment provided in both skilled nursing facilities and in patients' homes.
Liberty Rehab provides a broad range of respiratory and medical equipment services to skilled nursing facilities and hospitals throughout Connecticut. Our respiratory equipment services include all modalities of oxygen service, including both liquid and compressed gas oxygen systems, as well as sleep therapy equipment services (CPAP and BiPAP equipment and patient accessories), and nebulizer equipment and supplies.
At Liberty Rehab, we pride ourselves on the level of technical and clinical services we offer to our institutional clients, including long-term care facilities and hospitals. We believe that it is only through the excellent work of our technicians and clinicians that we can preserve and grow our institutional relationships.
Liberty Rehab is proud to offer a full-range of medical equipment geared towards our institutional clientele. Liberty Rehab offers both CPAP and BIPAP equipment for nursing facility patients with sleep apnea or severe COPD. Our respiratory therapists are available for all CPAP/BIPAP setups and mask fittings.
