Owner Connor Harrel has always had a love for cars, owning, showing, and restoring several over the years. He has been in the industry for 13 years and maintains all ICAR certifications along with a Wyotech degree in Collision and Refinishing. He surrounds himself with like employees and searches for the best of the best to repair your vehicle like it never happened.
Come in and see us any time from 8am-6pm Mon-Fri and if you need anything on Saturday as we know the weeks are busy. Let us know by phone or email and we will get you an estimate on a Saturday. We need about 15 minutes to view your vehicle, asses the damages or work needed, and write you a formal estimate.
Once you have received your estimate your welcome to leave your car with us. We ask you fill out an authorization form allowing us to repair your vehicle. We can then arrange your rental car, give you a ride home or to work if needed, we also have a nice waiting area if you are planning to be picked up.
How's your car doing? We want you to be informed about each repair process, you will receive up dates as your car is brought back to pre-accident condition. You can request calls, text, or email along with photos of the process. We want you to see the repairs not hide them. Your welcome to drop in and see the progress as well as specific questions that might arise during the repair, please just ask.
Your vehicle is finished! This is great news as we all love our cars and want them back on the road, and in our garage or driveway. Once your vehicle is ready, you will be notified by your preferred method. Pick up anytime during business hours, your claim will be closed, vehicle delivered to you and any outstanding balance will be paid by you and or your insurance provider.

So I had my car dropped off the on Oct. 4 and they said they would get to work on it as soon as possible. So I kind of figure a couple weeks. The car sat there for over 3 months and in order for me to even get it back I had to go out and track down some of the parts myself.
This guy is a joke and only cares about you until he get your cash. Then he goes on to the next person. Shyster is a understatement

After being rear-ended, I needed my 2017 Ford Expedition repaired. I had Top Tier provide an estimate, and they explained how they would work with the insurance company to make sure any non-visible damage was corrected. Their shop is clean and professional. Connor (owner) was great at communicating throughout the process. They did find additional damage (trailer hitch assembly) that the insurance company missed, and they made sure everything was fixed like new. All additional insurance approvals were handled by Top Tier. The process could not have been any simpler for me.

Connor and his team of Auto body technicians at top tier collision did an amazing job on my 1978 Corvette it's like it just rolled out of the showroom in 1978. they were able to match the color exactly and the decals and all the original emblems even found a new bumper. The quality of the paint color match was perfect👏💯I would highly recommend their service whether you're doing a full restoration or repainting the entire car or just getting some fender bender fixed you can count on them too give you a square deal & top quality work. Absolutely amazing service and great prices. The guy that owns the place did amazing work! I needed a new fully painted bumper for my G35 and he did a great job and it was fast! He also made it really easy for me. Got me a rental car which picked me up and then dropped me off. I also had an old fogged-up headlight and he buffed it out and now it looks new - free of charge. I would recommend this place to anyone easy!

I wish I could give this company more than just 5 stars. I have wrecked my fair share of cars and have been to TONS of autobody shops and this one is BY FAR the best. My car looks brand new and they saved me so much money. I dealt a lot with Connor over email and he was so helpful and did way more than he needed to. Everyone that works there is so kind and professional. They kept me updated the whole time and went above and beyond for me. My car was done in a WEEK! I will be recommending this shop to everyone. My 2013 F350 super duty was the victim of a hit and run in which the passenger side of my truck had extensive damage. I met with Connor Harrel and was impressed with the cleanliness of his shop and his professional approach to my issues. He worked well with me throughout the claims process and I was very satisfied with his estimate as to what needed to be done to repair my vehicle. I really felt like he was working for me and not the insurance company. We stayed in touch throughout the repair and i really appreciated that. We take very good care of our low mileage BMW 528 xi, and it is always garaged. So when we suffered two body damages to our car, we wanted them fixed back to like new condition. The most obvious damage was a dent and paint marring to the front left fender from a parking lot post. We also scrapped the low hanging bumper first on a steep driveway and then on a parking lot curb stop. The exterior paint is black sapphire metallic and we had been told by the BMW dealer this would be a challenging color to match and would require a paint shop with a bake cycle similar to the German factory.

In November 2019 I purchased a new-to-me 2010 Subaru. When I purchased it, I knew I'd need the rear bumper cover replaced, so I contacted a shop I'd used before and another one nearby. They were both fine, but their bids felt a little expensive and their calendars were so booked that I'd be waiting 6+ weeks for my car to be repaired.
