My mechanic Automedics recommended Bel Kirk body shop - - I was in a small accident and my van needed some minor body work. Bel Kirk did beautiful work, and communication throughout was excellent. There were no surprises; they investigated the damage and gave me pricing before doing any repairs. Pricing was very reasonable. Once I got my vehicle in to them, they did the work quickly. I hope I won't have any accidents again but if I do, I will go to Bel Kirk for the body/frame repairs.

Unprofessional, poor communication and accountability and no follow up!!! I took my car in for repair. Had a estimate done for 2 things. A minor repair from a fender bender through insurance and then asked to pay out of pocket for a scrape/dent on the passenger side of my car. I had the estimate done for both and booked the repair. After 8 days I went to pick up my car and only the insurance part was done. When asked why my car wasn’t complete I got a blank stare with a let me check???They Couldn’t find the original email that I had that showed the quote. Who gets their car fixed half way?

I would like to give a HUGE THANK YOU to EVERYONE at Bel-Kirk Body Shop. They went above and waaay beyond for me and my family. They had a difficult time dealing with Travelers Ins Co. They made daily phone calls, emails,etc. to try and get my car back to me. I had my accident in Seattle, I live in Blaine, Wa. So I am 100 miles north, they pulled out all the stops for me & I couldn't be more grateful. They are an amazing family owned business of 40 years. I felt so bad for being such a nightmare case for them. They however made me like so much better & that they genuinely cared

I went to BelKirk to have my vehicle serviced after being in a fender bender. I'm incredibly happy with the outcome of the repairs, it looks like nothing ever happened. Car accidents are stressful but the people at BelKirk made the process super easy to understand. Brought my Audi A4 here after a slight accident. They were very communicative throughout the process. I did have to bring it back in due to a very small (almost unnoticeable to some) area that I noticed and pointed out. They apologized and got me back on the schedule to get it fixed. I got it back recently and it is flawlessly fixed now :) I appreciated the kind and professional attitude of the employees!

I just got my car back from BelKirk Body Shop - they did fantastic work. I got a couple of quotes and asked some questions before deciding where to go. I'm a single female and always worry when taking my car anywhere about being talked down to and treated poorly, this wasn't the case here! I was treated VERY well at BelKirk - they answered my questions, were clear about what they did and didn't know with the estimate (and that they'll only know more once they started the work), and communicated well during the work (love their text messaging system). I am in the process of building up my truck as an off-road camper. Bel-Kirk has been incredibly helpful prepping, painting, and installing body parts and mechanical parts that I brought to the shop. They have clearly laid out their estimates and held to those estimates even when things didn't work as expected. For the rest of the projects on this truck, and there are a lot: if I can't do it myself, I'll trust Bel-Kirk to help me out.

My car was ran into by a diesel truck at my work parking lot. Damage was minimal. A little damage to the paint and passenger side bumper. The insurance carrier of the at fault person was a nightmare to deal with. But Jennifer and the rest of the crew at Bel-Kirk auto made it so convenient for my schedule. Jennifer was so amazing. The Convenience of handling the rental car at the location the work was done for my car, the paperwork, everything was super friendly and quick. I would definitely recommend them. Oh and the work was 100 % satisfaction.

Someone busted my driver's side windshield and I went to these guys to have it fixed. I didn't want it on my insurance record and figured it would be below premium anyway so paid out of pocket. First of all, they charged me over $600 to fix the window. I drive a 2008 Toyota Yaris. Second, I had inquired about them fixing a dent on the passenger side. Long story short, there were major communication issues and when I went to pick up my car, expecting the dent to be fixed, the owner virtually bellowed at me asking if I had specifically authorised the work. If you have a German car, forget about this place. StartFarm recommended this place for my Audi Q3 after it was hit by someone near Bellevue library, the car has been there for over two months.
Given there are delays from getting the parts from Germany, the shop should provide more realistic estimate. But it sends me text message update regularly which is obviously out of sync with reality, and when I call to ask for status, many times no body at the shop seems to know what's going on with the car.

I have been in a rather embarrassing number of minor accidents of the last few years. The first couple of fender benders I went to another place, that shall remain unnamed. It was okay- but the old car never felt back to normal and quite, honestly, I was really talked down to (Idk if it is because I am women, or I wrecked my car, or they thought I didn't know anything...)
Then a friend recommended Bel-Kirk. They are fast, kind, always keeping me informed, treat me with respect and even a little humor and my car... wow it LOOKS better than before I brought it in. The repairs are always perfect

Not very friendly and sort of lazy. It's a hot day and I have to pay $1.00 for a drink? They seem very disorganized, they kept calling and texting about an appointment that was set and when you get there, they aren't very friendly and there's really no where to park... Will not be taking my car here under any circumstances and will alert insuance company of the bad experience.

These guys are amazing! Starting with Jennyfer at the front desk who is SO nice and on top of everything. I love the text service that keeps me updated on the status of my repair. The car looks brand new and not every part was replaced, which means these guys have some serious skills. The repair was complete one day earlier than expected. They also took care of everything with my insurance company after giving them my claim number.
Side note, my Allstate agent, Jerry Ljundgren, was awesome through this process.

Well, yesterday I had the worst experience at this business. The owner said she would look at the damage for free. I told her it was more mechanical damage. I go home and limp my vehicle down to the shop. She sends a guy named Bob from next door at Clarks to look at my vehicle. He did, from the parking lot and said if I have to write something up it will be a hundred dollars. Another lesson that misrepresentation gets you in and it is up to you to realize a poor company and to get out. The body shop is in cahoots with them as well.

I had to get my Honda CRV driver side door fixed because someone backed into me & now it looks brand new! I had an insurance claim thru Allstate & the body shop took care of all the communicating with the repairs and rental. They kept me updated on the repairs & very friendly receptionist:) I would recommend this place to anyone needing a repair! :)

I rarely write reviews. Tyler and the crew at bel Kirk deserve recognition for some custom work done to my 2014 GTR.
I had a custom carbon fiber hood partially painted to match the factory paint. These guys did a good job. End product looks great. I also had a custom carbon fiber trunk and wing installed. They lined everything up. No issues.
Tyler is very professional. Always prompt to respond. Highly recommended.

Had Tyler and Kyle clear coat and install some carbon fiber mirrors on my GTR. I was told fairly difficult install due to removal of the OEM internals and transplanting

The atmosphere the shop gave to me was outstanding. I took in my WRX Wagon to get my rear fenders rolled. The shop owner came up to me before the work got started to make sure their quality of work was to my satisfaction. That imediately put a smile on my face. Everyone I spoke to was super cool and friendly to get along with. I felt like I was hanging out talking about cars, rather than having work get done.
Kyle was the guy I worked with most of the time. He definately knows his stuff. After he got them rolled, he took extra time with me to make sure any rubbing issues would be addresssed
