A graduate in Architecture from the University of Illinois, Bruce has a long history in luxury home design and construction. Prior to RS Homes, he worked in Arizona for 15 years in land planning, subdivision design, zoning, land development, design center management, construction management, and purchasing.

Over the years, we have built several high end custom homes. The process is never easy, but it definitely is smoother with the right builder. RS Homes is one of the best home builders we have dealt with. Our expectations were extremely high and they delivered 100+%.
Our new home was delivered to us on schedule, on budget and with a punch list that would fit on one page...double spaced! RS Homes (and the strength of Bruce, Joe and Kelli) is committed to quality. They always go the extra step and have a great eye for detail

We were so pleased with RS homes and our construction project. It was a challenging build but we got through it together as a team. Joe and Bruce are always there for us, regardless of how big or small the need is. They worked so well with our architect, decorators and a challenging design review board where we live. I would build with them again in a heartbeat!

I have known Debbie for many years. I am one of the sponsors at the SAAR Pinnacle Peak RMS, where she was the tour director for 2 years, where she did an amazing job at that volunteer position! I know her to be extremely Dependable, honest, down to earth, a great problem solver, public speaker and very understanding. She is an amazing person and an incredible realtor! I would recommend her to my closest family and friends and everyone I know! She is the best!
