This one is simple: another local HVAC company came out when my Train unit stopped producing AC. They told me my compressor went out and suggested I upgrade my system to the tune of $4k. I called Haywood HVAC for a second opinion and when they came out the very first thing they looked at was that the capacitor was bad. After putting a new one in the unit was working properly again. Furthermore, Haywood's service call and part replacement was cheaper than the other company's service call.
