Owners Ted and Paul Kasprowicz grew up in the auto business, and together have more than 60 years of experience running Schrader Collision. Awesome work.
They worked with Progressive even though they are not on the preferred list. Car was washed, clean inside and out. They even touched up the paint where someone shot a bb at my rear driver's door.
Paul knows his stuff and is willing to answer questions and explain things. They will definitely communicate with you as to what's going. Definitely make you feel like a person instead of just a check.

Best service around. Only regret is I didn’t find this place sooner. They have the cheapest price that I could find. Is always ahead of schedule from when they said they say the work would be done. I’ve brought all 3 of my vehicles here and will not go anywhere else. Highly recommend. Only gave a 5 star rating because I can’t put a 10 star rating.

Today , Schaefer Collision has restored my faith in humanity . I called and had a window in a down position and not going back up ( power windows ) . Expecting to cost a lot , the men were eager to assist and fixed my window until we can order the parts . They were professional and when asked how much ? They did not even charge me . These guys are awesome. Being a female it’s rather intimidating to get your car fixed in any way . These guys were awesome and will recommend to anyone and will be back .for repair and any other future repairs . They were able to get me out in one hour , thanks so

I love this place this is my first time using them and I will always highly recommend them. They did a great job on my spoiler and without me asking them they went all around the car and touched up every scratch or mark that was on the car and they even cleaned my car on the inside. My car looks brand new and it's almost 11 years old. Great service and good quality work. Anyone who goes there will not be sorry.
