BEWARE - Ronny took over for his father but he simply has shown that he doesn't have the following:
1) Construction Knowledge - Cost my family 100K for repairs
2) Contractor Management - his contractors NEVER finished on time and had really small crews
3) Quality of work - Left paint lines all over house, wrong install on windows, poor stucco and brick work, no vents in attic, etc...
4) ZERO compromise - when trying to discuss all these issues he simply said it was all acceptable or not his fault repeatedly.
5) Reactive not Proactive - everything is on his time and never "necessary
