Very caring staff. I know it’s hard for them during this Covid time, but if we all have patience everybody is seen in a timely fashion.
The prices they charge for services and supplies is the best you’ll get in the valley. We recently had to put down our beloved fur baby. Because of the crowd that was there there was confusion as to if they were going to be able to perform the deed.
Since there’s no appointments made, and it’s first come first serve it was suggested we come just before they close and they could handle the procedure more easily.
Oh well we got there they told us because

My dog who I considered my son died because they refused to see him because they were an hour and a half from closing when I told them that my dog was having horrific seizures they told me there was nothing they can do and take him somewhere else. words cannot express how disappointed and angry I am with this hospital I've been going there for the longest and never had issues up into recently. definitely never going back again

Well it's with a heavy heart that I write this review. We had to put our dog, of 11 years, down. 😢 He was sick and we brought him here, which is his normal vet, and it turned out he had advanced kidney disease. It was gonna cost a fortune for treatment and it wasn't a guarantee he was gonna live very long after that so they advised us it might be better we put him down so he don't suffer. My wife who is on dialysis and knows the pain he would've went thru didn't want him to go through what she does so we made the hardest decision of our lives. The staff here were so nice and understanding and
