Driving in road not very wide for 2 cars to pass thru with cars being parked on side of road

Love this place. The children are what attracted me the most. I have 4 children. We don't know anyone here in Kentucky. We moved here after my divorce with their father. I would love for my children to meet other kids & develop memories with friends. Karen & Krystal are sweet women. They have assisted me through the process with the best patience & understanding. They worked with me even after the office had closed.

Very nice apartments, quick maintenance, Karen and Crystal are awesome!

Beautiful, family friendly complex with a nice park for children and another for dogs. I enjoyed my experience filling out the application and talking to the two ladies in the office. They were just as friendly and helpful in person as they were over the phone. The definitely know what they are doing and were incredibly accommodating despite having to conduct the application process through the window due to the office being closed to the public during the pandemic. I hope we are able to call this place home soon!

I have lived out here about seven years now and I can say by far Mrs.Karen is the best apt manager we have had. I have some health issues and when Mrs.Karen has not seen me in a while she makes her way to my apt to check on me which I appreciate greatly and Hilton is a very nice as well. I have never had a issue with him coming to fix anything in a timely manner. I love this place and will continue to live out as long as the keep Mrs.Karen and Hilton.

I love working along the side of Karen, we make a great team together. She has taught me many things coming into this job and she truly cares for the Cottges of Henderson as well as the residents here. We work as a team together! Thank you for the support from our residents we greatly appreciate you all.

I lived there for almost four years. I would like to thank the staff especially Karen Hall she went above and beyond her duties to make that a wonderful Community to live in. and I would like to thank Hilton for making sure that things were safe for me as I am disabled and have difficulty walking. may God bless each and everyone of you. I would definitely recommend the Cottages. Steven fields.

Wouldn't move over here everybody is up your butt 24/7 that's why I moved to chapplewood

I absolutely love these apartment homes. I have family and friends that love out here. It is a great community. The property manager Karen is the nicest person! She is always making sure there are no problems at the apartments. She is always having fun family events. This is a great community

I have been here 7 years. There has been many many landlords but Karen is the best by far!! She takes the time to understand and will do anything possible to help if she can. I do wish for a play area for the kids. Karen makes sure the kids have other activities to do for example we are having a "Fall Bash" October 28th and I am so excited to be apart of it. So if you live out here and want to volunteer go sign up at the office.

We have no problems living at the cottages. sorry that one of my family has gotten on here and said something that is not true. we are happy here. thank you. sammie and margaret (peggy) foe
