This is literally the best apartment complex I have ever lived in Everything inside the apartment is new the apartment is new from the carpet to the the dishwasher in refrigerator is also stainless steel hardwood floors in the carpet is easy to clean Every time I have ever called with an with an issue they literally come out the next day most most of The Times is the same day depending on depending on what's wrong They are also very affordable if you're in the area in the area stop by and take a look at their apartments at their apartments absolutely gorgeous

The Coldwater Flats is a truly amazing place with it being in a nice a respectful neighborhood it's great for everyone looking for a nice apartment. When I visited the Coldwater flats JJ had given me my tour around the beautiful place. His social skills where truly professional and I I felt like I could rely on him to answer any questions I had about the Coldwater Flats. I would recommend The Coldwater flats to anyone looking for a truly remarkable place to live and call home.
