Excellent overall experience using Octagon for an engagement ring appraisal. Michaux is friendly and professional and working with her was very easy and pleasant. Was in and out of the office in about an hour and received a detailed appraisal via email the following day. I would recommend her gemological services to anyone in the Roanoke area.
