Took my Mac in for a hardware issue. Turned out the he did not have the part/what was needed and couldn't do the repair, but he called me right away and told me. Went to pick it up, and he did not do any charge or unnecessary excuses to get money since he did still take a look at it, just gave it back and explained the situation. I left and went on my way. Will definitely be back if I need something else though!

Mr. Charles was awesome!!! Dropped off my laptop as soon as he was open since I had the dreaded recovery (blue screen of death) 😱. Wasn't expecting to get it back so quickly and in the same day. Although he wasn't able to recover anything my laptop is like brand new! So glad I found him. If I ever need any assistance in the near future I'm definitely going back to him!

Great place. If you need service on computer items (e.g screen replacements) where other places say it is not possible he, Mr. Charles may be able to fix it.
