We offer the longest locally offered transmission warranty by a transmission shop in York County. Our current warranty that comes with our rebuilt transmissions is 3 years or 100,000 miles whichever comes first. I would recommend this place for any transmission work needed. They are friendly and were very flexible with working individually with us on payment and pick up.

In order to diagnose and give an estimate for repairs, BTM has to test drive, check fluids and do an initial computer scan of the vehicle's control systems. Sometimes further testing is needed and those tests and procedures are done at a rate of $90.00 per hour until a complete diagnosis is done.

I am very happy with the quality of the work done although I admit was a little bit of a wait but was well worth it. It had snowed a lot in the two weeks my car was in and the guys worked hard within the bad circumstances. But man o man my car drives better now than it ever has. Thanks Jacob and crew

I received text updates when my vehicle was being worked on and when it was done. I was quoted lower by one other shop, but the other shop was offering a lower warranty than Broadway, which to me was begging the question of why wouldn’t they offer the same warranty if it was just as good of a repair they were offering? Seemed fishy to me. Broadway was professional and honest, and the truck works great. They “got my shift together”!

The guitar in the office should have warned me to turn around and walk away. Unfortunately, I think they are floundering as a business. They took 2-1/2 weeks to replace the torque converter in my car. I was unaware they used a re manufactured unit, or I would have instructed them to use a new one. The price was 20% higher than their estimate. Before the 30 day warranty expired, the check engine light came on and it was related to transmission. Back it went immediately. They were supposed to remove the torque converter and have the supplier evaluate if it was defective. After 6 weeks it still wasn

As a former mechanic myself who brought a vehicle to Broadway several months back, I have to say I find myself chuckling at some of the bad reviews they have. Like one guy who I read who just left a review yesterday, who is complaining because Broadway advised him to rebuild the whole transmission and not just replace his torque converter. Now the customer leaves a bad review because his transmission is having other issues and just replacing the converter didn’t work out for him.

Broadway convinced me to let them look at my car after another transmission shop in York told me I needed the transmission replaced , because it probably could be rebuilt.
They looked at my vehicle and discovered that actually the problem was being caused my my engine misfiring during certain times. After doing a tune up, the truck runs great. A fraction of the cost that a new transmission would have run. These guys seem pretty honest and open. Other shops seem to be in a rush, but Broadway makes you feel like they give your car special undivided attention. Would definitely recommend to anyone

Broadway was great. Dealer wanted over $4000 to replace my trans. Brian offered and explained different options and ways we could go. Ended up with a low milage used Trans with the same warranty as the new dealer one for only 2500. Most places don't even deal with the nissan CVT transmission, but Brian and his staff did the job in 3 total days. Dropped it off late Sunday night and they had it diagnosed, replaced, and done Wednesday.
