In the past I’d have recommended Nello, but NOT anymore. My last few visits have been greeted by grumpy and often rude employees. Scheduling is a mess as well. More specifically I spoke to, I believe his name was “Calvin”, who was rude, seemed inconvenienced to have answered the phone, disrespectful, and had the personality of drywall. He’d rather complain and give reasons why he can’t do something, rather than actually do it. —That said, I will not be using Nello, nor recommending it as a place of business moving forward. At first we had a good experience here with our first car appointment, but either something with the staff changed that has made us never want to come here again. Make sure you get a confirmation email of your appointment because the last THREE appointments now have been either scheduled wrong or not scheduled at all! I make an appointment one day for 11:00am and when we arrive to drop off the car they said the appointment was for 10:00am and now couldn’t take us. Last times I’ve taken my vehicle to this location, I got nothing I asked for. I asked for my car to be checked over as I like to take care of things before they’re an issue and was ignored.
Had a brake pulsation and asked my brakes to be checked; they weren’t. Was told they would have had to have a tech take car for test drive and take wheels off, etc to check brakes which is why they didn’t (only a lube tech did oil change, no tire rotation). But that’s the whole reason it was mentioned multiple times; so the right people would do what’s needed!
My tires were never rotated at any
