This company is dishonest and disorganized. Daniel Panek, dispatcher for the office located in the Dallas area, does not respond to contractor inquiries or requests. She is unprofessional and inefficient. Rick York, the VP of Operations and Sales over North Texas, is also non responsive to contractor needs. I worked for the office located in the Dallas area and I was not paid for a service that I provided per the contract between Principle Distribution and myself. Throughout my time with the company, Daniel Panek consistently ignored my questions or did not respond until well after business hours
