DRIVERS STAY AWAY STAY AWAY!!!!! THEY DO NOT PAY!!!Picked up load on 8/30/2021 on time, delivered on time, no issues whatsoever. Still waiting to be paid on 12/30/2021. Tried contacting broker over phone only to be transferred to an imaginary accounting department that you can never get anyone on the phone. Tried emailing agent his response "I don't work in accounting". Clear case of Breech of Contract. DRIVERS STAY AWAY STAY AWAY!!! THEY DO NOT PAY!!!!

I've had the absolute pleasure of working with Austin Vandiver on countless opportunities and couldn't be happier with the level of service he provides. They play games and I would give me negative stars. They don’t pay carriers. The broker Samuel and Nick are the worst brokers to work with. First we waited so long at pickup and got no detention paid. Then after delivering at the first drop, the second drop didn’t take the load because it was tilted and the broker told me we know it’s the shipper fault with the way they loaded. Then sent us 180 miles to get it restacked. Once we come back they said we could have restacked it here but you broker said no to say. So he did it on purpose. After that I have clean BOLs for the load and they are

I did 24-72hr drop trailer load with this company.
After 3 days i could not find my trailer at receiver.
I told the broker. he is not responsible he told me just go deal with receiver. Receiver they keep ignoring me too.
Finally decide to sue receiver i paid for lawyer and lawyer sent letter to receiver they ignored my lawyer too my option was to go to court.
My lawyer asked me more money.
This all process took 6 month's.
Suddenly broker called me after 6 monthes and he asked did you found your trailer. No. He told me we found your trailer and i asked him okay who is going take care all this

We booked a load with them driver waited over 19 hours and to get the truck loaded we called the shipper over 20 times to load the truck. The broker and after hour did 0%. After waiting all those hours broker denied the detention by saying the POD was suppose to be submitted within 24 hours. My drivers wasted all their logbook hours and I wasted my weekend to get the truck loaded. Broker emailed me asking for how many hours they waited but did not mention if the BOL are not submitted within 24 hour your won’t get paid for the detention. On the rate con they mention that let the dispatch know

These are the most unprofessional bunch I’ve ever worked with hands down!! Did a load fir them four days ago, submitted all paperwork necessary and requested a revised rate with 4 hours and 45 mins of detention. I’ve called over ten times for the revised rate and they have been giving me the run around for the past three days. It’s Friday now so won’t be hearing from these guys til Monday!! Never pulling for these people again and I recommend you do the same. They will hold your money any chance they get.
