Medical Missions for Children is a non-profit organization providing free surgical, medical, and dental care to underprivileged children and young adults all over the world. Each year, Dr. Mehta travels to Guatemala to participate in a humanitarian mission where he provides surgical care to children born with microtia.

Absolutely loved the service of micro needling with PRP BUT it has been MONTHS and we still are getting billed!! Even though we used our groupons. We have tried repeatedly to straighten it out but to no avail!! It is so frustrating...We really wanted to have services there again but we would never go through this aggravation again.

Dr Mehta is the best! I've seen his amazing work on other people for years. Now I was finally able to experience his magic on myself. My eyes were starting to look so tired and puffy. It was time to stop my complaining and have Dr Mehta do what he does best. I now look restored and youthful. No one can tell I had anything done, I just look better. For me, I look so much better in photos, including a selfie! (I avoided selfies for the last 2 years). My recovery during a blephroplasty and brow lift was one week! Dr Mehta has a wonderful staff that helped me from beginning to end. I can't say enough

This review is for Dr. Riedler. I have seen her for Botox and filler and she is the best. Very natural results. She's a plastic surgeon so not just another RN or PA (or less) with minimal training and a syringe -- she knows what she is doing. She knows everything there is to know about the products and keeps up with all the latest training and techniques. Since she is a trained plastic surgeon, she has a great eye for what looks good on each individual. The results speak for themselves.

I had a microneedling w PRP treatment at the La Jolla office yesterday and I am so pleased! The staff is all so great and Dr Riedler was excellent and answered all my questions. I am a 50+ year old woman who has been considering rhinoplasty for 30+ years and waited until I was 200% sure about the doctor. Dr. Mehta was referred to me, and in my 1st consultation I was convinced he was it! It took another 2 years to actual go ahead with it, but I am thrilled I did!!! And during a pandemic!! (BTW-all the protocols are in place and I felt very safe.)
My nose was crooked with a lot of cartilage on the tip. In other words a big ball, which made my profile look very long. DR. MEHTA IS AN ARTIST! He shortened the length, reshaped my tip without changing the frontal form and shaved

This was not my first time being frozen and filled. Having lived in Los Angeles, it is considered your civic duty... I thought this experience with Dr Riedler would be the same - but boy was I wrong. There is a huge difference having an MD treat you instead of an esthetician! My eyebrows still move, even though my forehead and 11s are smooth. Also the marionette lines between my nose and mouth no longer look like canyons. I am very pleased with my results and will definitely return for more Botox and Restylane. I met Dr. Mehta at a spa he was going to occasionally and had lip filler and botox. His office was was over by UCSD which wasn't very convenient for me but once he moved over to Sorrento Valley and had Dr. Riedler join him, it is a lot more convenient. I really like Dr. Riedler, she listens and helps make me feel good about how I look. My lips were very asymmetrical and she helped make them look so much nicer, plumper and more even. I'm very pleased. I will keep going back for filler and botox. Thank you Dr. Riedler!

I've been seeing Karla Duenas as my esthetician now for well over ten years!! Whenever she moved around .. I would follow. Karla is accommodating and her prices are very reasonable compared to other estheticians in the San Diego area. Every time I leave a visit with her I always feel like a million bucks...
