We are a private, state licensed, preschool providing a quality early childhood education for children ages three to five years. The Children's Garden is a community that provides a sense of continuity and security, a consistency of place and expectation outside the home. Teachers, parents and children are recognized as a team, learning and growing together throughout the school year.
Services
Early Childhood Research supports the concept that children learn most effectively when interacting with adults, materials, and the environment in ways that help them make sense of the world. Learning activities and materials should be concrete, real, and relevant to a child's life, while providing a wide range of complexity and challenge so as to meet each child's developmental and cognitive needs.
A limited number of spaces may be available in January for younger children. Please call us at (603) 431-6565 for information. A Preschool Application along with a non-refundable $50 registration fee is required in order to reserve a space for your child. Children are enrolled with the understanding that they will attend the full school year.
Our teachers are professional educators who work to create a caring and stimulating environment that supports every child's journey to understanding. At The Children's Garden, teachers are researchers, and the school becomes a laboratory, as children are encouraged to question, explore, imagine and construct.
Our daughter is almost finished with her second year at Children's Garden. It has been such a magical place to have her spend her first experiences in education - the teachers breathe love and creativity in to every iota of Children's Garden's curriculum and it shows with the joy seen and felt by each of its' students.
